Turning the Tables on Medical Malpractice

Many citizens and almost everyone in the medical profession is concerned entirely with the rising cost of professional liability and the number of medical malpractice suits. Agree with most people in the medical profession would be that the legal profession, there is only because the medical community is there to talk about the diet of these legal eagles, and top litigation attorneys. In a sense they might be right, but that's a sad situation foreveryone and anyone that needs medical assistance.

It is estimated that 35 is up 45% of what you would pay back on your medical bills for the costs or the additional paperwork or additional tasks that doctors are trying to, you must do to avoid medical malpractice process. If we can somehow cut out of these legal filings against doctors, or much more difficult to file, perhaps we could resolve the medical industry and drop the costalmost 50%.

This is not to say that some medical errors are not obviously problematic, and should not be treated. Rather, we must turn the tables on medical malpractice to. And believe it or not, it's not just about more doctors, many lawyers go after nurses, because doctors now defending medical malpractice lawyers who are quite well represented.

Every nurse in every hospital is also covered under medicalMisconduct, because the HMO, hospital or medical facility can afford to take the hit ratio when there is a problem. This means that the nurses spend much time on extra paperwork if they could help in other medical customers. This again raises the cost, and in the end we all pay for it.
